We offer 3 types of accommodation at Handioasis Portugal. Accessible rooms near the pool, accessible rooms in the main house, non-accessible standard rooms and accessible T2 apartments. Each room has a private bathroom with toilet. Medical equipment is available in the rooms to suit your needs.

Check-in and out
On arrival, we guarantee your rooms by 2pm. On the day of departure, you must vacate your rooms by 10 a.m. at the latest.
On arrival, you will be asked to show proof of identity in order to register your stay with the establishment. No other documents are required, but a medical form may be requested to validate special needs.
Yes, a deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking, the balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival. We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.
Price and cancellation
You can book directly online and pay by credit card if you want accommodation only. If you wish, our travel agency can offer you a package including flights, transfers and insurance. Please contact our agents on +33 1 83 64 70 06.
We provide our customers with in-room medical equipment. We offer shower chairs, patient lifts and shower chairs. If you require additional equipment, we can arrange this with our suppliers.
If you wish to cover the risks of your trip, particularly cancellation, we invite you to take out comprehensive insurance with our travel agency. Deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.
Of course, we welcome children and their families, and we have a children’s area with an outdoor playground.

Yes, we offer transfers in adapted vehicles with ramps.
Yes, we can accommodate a few customer vehicles on our premises. But please note that space is limited.
Yes, we offer healthcare beds and some rooms are already equipped. Please do not hesitate to contact our team for further information.
Unfortunately, we do not welcome pets on the premises, with the exception of assistance dogs.
